Rob, Nobody sells Photoshop 7 new for this paltry sum unless it's stolen, copied. or recycled after being installed on at least one other machine. The dilemman here is that if you write to ask him, "Is it new and unopened?" and the answer is Yes, by the time you hear back someone else has bought it. But if it's new, I still say it's stolen.
