I don't know if Blurb offers anything like that. If they did, it would
certainly increase the price of the books substantially.

OTOH, I'm pretty sure they can do a two-page, across-the-gutter image
fairly easily. It would be up to Mark to decide if he wanted to do it.

You don't see those too often these days, but it's definitely a
feature that online viewing can't match. I have a great early book by
Herb Ritts with both single and double fold outs in it. The doubles
fold out from two facing pages. Perfect for a panorama.
