Is anyone familiar with this lens? is your opinion of its quality? I used to use it years ago, for wide landscapes and travel photos, but since I went to the SMC DA 18-135 mm f 3.5-5.6 ED AL [IF} DC ER as my "go to" travel and landscape lens, I have left the 17-28 in the cabinet. I notice that I am using the 18-135 at its wider ranges much of the time, and I am considering trying the 17-28 for a lot of trave and street uses.
