What I need is a 67 that's threaded to accept a hood, yet as slim as possible to avoid
vignetting on my Rikenon 28-100/4, which is vignette-prone. That reduces my choices to
Pentax, Contax, and Heliopan slim multicoated. Bill Peiffer sent me some leads on B&H.
They have a Pentax bayonette filter, but it sounds as though it may not work on a 35.
Their Heliopan and B+W 67s you mentioned don't say multicoated.

By searching, I located a used Contax 67 for $25 and a used Pentax UV for $17. Though
the Pentax is said to be in only VG condition, I'll take a chance that the glass is
OK. I've just ordered it.

What grates me is that I ordered a B+W non-slim but multicoated filter from Tallyns
for $40. In ordering, I wrote, "This price sounds suspiciously low. Don't send it
unless you can assure me that it's the multicoated version." Well, the filter was
backordered, the final price was $43, and the filter I received was single-coated!

They're taking it back, but they've offered no explanation.
