Summer temps in the low 40's are the norm here but 47 - sounds like Dubai

So presumably you race a few marathons? My running has nose-dived in the
last year & I'm struggling to jog/walk 30km/week now. All sorts of aches
&
pains I've never experienced before.
I haven't run a marathon in years. Even though I live in Boston now,
the three times I ran the Boston Marathon were when I lived in
Rochester. I'm too slow for marathons now. I have no desire to be out
running for over three hours. I rarely even race shorter distances
these days.
