I have grips for both of my OM-Ds, which are quite small cameras - they're just 'dumb' grips (no batteries) but they improve the ergonomics immensely. On the other hand, after using grips on both the K200D & K-5 for a while, I took them off. The cameras just seem more comfortable without them and I don't really need the extra battery capacity.
