I've been using the 164/4 for outdoor portraiture. It's a great lens and quite easy to use. You simply set the camera shutter speed at 1/8 second, then set the leaf shutter as required. Like any leaf shutter, the shutter must be cocked for each shot. Of course you can't use TTL metering, since the camera thinks the shutter speed is 1/8. Paul
