I can see a difference and its on par with what I saw when comparing pixel shift vs non-pixel shift images. Lightroom 6.8 supports the K-1, including pixel shift, though I have read it does not support motion corrected modes (since I don't have LR, can't say first hand.)

Processed in Lightroom, nothing special, same minor tweaks for both. I think I 
see a difference, I think LR6.8 is in fact doing something to take advantage of 
the Pixel Shifted file…
