Here's a forward thinking thought, perhaps as a backup plan. Compile an email list of all the contributors. Send an opening line to the first one in the list with the request to add a second line after it. Then send that second line with the same instructions to the next address in the list, and repeat for all of them in order. Volia! The foreword.
