Delivery used to be incredibly prompt, practically next day.
Watching the tracking on UPS, they finished the books on 4 May and told
me delivery by today. It went to a center on the fifth, and basically
just sat there for four days:

May 10 2017 Ready for post office entry San Leandro, CA
May 10 2017 Package received by dest MI facility San Leandro, CA
May 5 2017 Package transferred to dest MI facility Fife, WA
