Sorry for the rant. Back in 1992 our daughter started riding horses and in 1997 our daughter bought her first horse a roughly 7-10 year old thoroughbred mare. Her show name was the ISIS Messenger which i'm sure would not go over very well in today's world. She was gangling but graceful and between the two of them went on to share numerous awards and achievements in the equine world. Both taught each other many life lessons. Due to a bad hove we retired her at a friends place north of us with her 3 other horse in 2001 when we picked up the 3 year old Trackhener. Megan soon took over and ran the show in Pefferlaw. She was a good mom. Over the past few months she suffered a few strokes and the one she suffered last night led to a bad injury and it was decided it was time. I was not able to make it in time, nor was Erin as they are in Ireland at the moment. We all will be comforted knowing she had a great life and was well loved. She is over the rainbow bridge now.
I am now horse less for the first time since 1992. https://www.flickr.com/photos/djbrooks/34594436455/ Dave -- Documenting Life in Rural Ontario. www.caughtinmotion.com http://brooksinthecountry.blogspot.com/ York Region, Ontario, Canada -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
