Thanks for sharing that info, I'll probably give it a try. I experimented a little with RawTherapee a few years ago when toying with the idea of trying to setup a Linux based photo workflow, but did not get into it enough to form any opinion. The ability to have it auto select pixel shift method (motion corrected or not) sounds interesting. Silkypix allows you to manually select between the two or to disable it, but no auto correct. When I do focus stacks there are occasional vibrations due to trucks passing etc. that may affect one or two images in the stack.It would be nice if the raw converter automatically detected those situations and adjusted them. As it is a just process all as motion corrected.
