I have the 120/4 in both A and FA incarnations. Very different constructions, 
the A has the recessed front element construction typical for that era, the FA 
is more reminiscent of the DA 100 macro. The focus helicoid has a long way to 
go, so AF feels rather slow. But otoh, I mostly use it for macro, so for 
portraits it may be a completely different thing.

I also have the FA 150/2.8, which to my eye seems to have a more typical 
portrait lens construction. 

Since you already have the 90 mm macro I suppose you are well covered for 
closeups. I think if it was me I would go for the 150mm, but my experience with 
portrait photography is really to scant to make any good recommendations either 
way. Sorry about that.
