1960 Cadillac Coupe DeVille would be my guess.

They changed the parking lights mounted in the bumper to a single unit
each side in 1961 and made some changes to the grill.

The tail-fins aren't big & flashy enough to be a 59.

This is just one of a number of big American cars in OZ - at one time
they were very popular for the
long distances involved travelling in some parts.
"Living Large" is what I interpret the number plate to stand for.
