Rick, believe I prefer the original.
I'm not enthusiastic about the tree
reflection. Now that I've rethought it,
I feel eliminating much of the tree
reflection, allowing a small amount 
the tree leaves and placing the lily
pads in the primary center and allowing the far end to open up
to whatever is complimentary
to the scene.
Feel I'm aimlessly rambling and 
am leaving it in your capable hands.
If you do make more efforts, I'll
doubtless see them on the list.
