I do this one after I had done the appointment
calendar on Lulu... which was rather small.
The prices at the createphotocalendars.com are pretty much in line with
what we have come to expect for making books
to self publish - the staff are helpful and cordial..

Book comes in 8x8" or 12x12" - I've actually already gotten an order
for a 12x12" glad there are some who
can afford it :-)
There are three calendars up there as well.. but the book is the main
thing..
