I received that same thing yesterday. There was no attachment on the
email I got. There is a link in the email - "Terms And Conditions" or
something like that - that will download a Zip containing a JS file.
Interesting that the email I got is not a phishing scam - they don't ask
for any info from the recipient. The message just said they would
upgrade you to a premium account and your credit card will be charged on
10/1. I think the goal is to deliver the javascript payload.
I tried logging into photo.net but its been so long I don't know my
password. And multiple attempts at resetting the password have failed -
the link never arrives.

July 15th by me. It knew my payment etc but the email addy is from a
finish email. Very strange and a bit scary. Have they been hack me
