That's what I consider a very well done story!
The suspense and the sound evidence are both interesting and compelling.
I enjoyed both the text and the photos.

My only concern (and I don't know if that's the editor's deed) is that a few photos have just a sliver of the car cropped off. To me, it is akin to a severed finger/limb (in a photo). My eye wants a bit more loose crop on those (#1 in the first group of 4; # 1,6,8, and even #5 - in the group of 8). And the aspect ratio of those photos is a bit odd.

But, I discovered (by an accident), that clicking on one of those images opens a photo-viewing frame that shows those photos in full, and that's a much more pleasing way to see them!
