I've never sold any of my pictures, so I can't advise you on what to charge.
However, personally I think copyright of the images is more inportant, and
you should inquire as to who will be the copyright owner.

Non profit making or not, If they insist the fee they pay you, is to include
the use of the images and ownership of the copyright, then possibly in the
long run you may loose out, especially if the images can be used in a wide
varity of different subject matters.  If the subject of the images is
specifically to their needs only, and no one elses, then maybe it is worth
letting the copyright go to them.  But you need to look into this side of it
first.
