I'm not sure what to call one of these, the city of Providence uses them
as torches to light their Waterfire evenings. It's an iron basket with
burning wood in it that produces illumination, so the title.
I couldn't think of what to do for the less is more PUG until I found
this a couple of days ago. Too late for the PUG unfortunately.
