USPS Priority International for a t-shirt sized pouch costs $32. Other services 
and other carriers are more expensive. There is a lower cost USPS rate, can't 
find it right now, but it's not tracked and delivery time is usually weeks. 

I've run into this many times. Usually what I do is order two items I want and 
have them bundled for shipping at the same price. At least then I'm getting a 
payload that is more valuable than the shipping costs. 

The other option for Stefan is to let me know what he wants, I'll get it in the 
USA, and I'll post it to him from the Isle of Man when I'm there at New Years.
