Vignetting would occur equally at all corners, so, unless you have a
very odd lens and filter, you've probably not experienced vignetting. 
I've not experienced the problem using B+W filters on my lens, and I
believe B+W filters are a little thicker than the Hoyas.  You didn't say
whether or not you were using a lens hood.

Of course, if you had a lab process the film, it's possible that they
clipped off some of the image.  Take a look at the negatives to see if
there's vignetting at all four corners. If not, then it's possible that
something blocked the lens.
