Those files should be automatically deleted. I'm not sure why that's
not happening.
However if you open a command window in the directory, (folder),
containing the temp files and issue the command delete "*.temp" or
whatever the actual pattern of the file name is, it should remove the
temp files in one step. You may or may not need to put quotes around a
file name that might include spaces. I'm not sure how MS has monkeyed
with the delete command in Windows 10.
You have to know the actual file extension of the file name for this to
work, so maybe you should enable "show file extensions for known
types". It's probably in "folder options" wherever Microsoft has hidden
that in Windows 10. They seem to move that option around from version
to version just to keep you on your toes.
Of course the command window being a powerful tool, Microsoft want's you
to forget it's there.
On the other hand I don't use Windows 10, it's much too crippled. Hell,
Windows 7 is too crippled.

Whenever I save an edited image from PSE10 editor (on a second

PSE10 on this computer is as good as useless. They have to be deleted
manually which takes ages. I have uninstalled (deep) & reinstalled
without success. Avast shows no virus problems. I have read some stuff
about 0 byte temp files on the Forums but it doesn't make sense. Also
something about a "parasite". Any ideas?
