Hi All,

I've been busy with some travels and other things. But last night's even got me pulling the camera out and quickly posting a few photos.

This has been the biggest snow in central Texas that I've seen in about a decade. The snow started late evening, went for a couple of hours, and stayed till morning. We used to see snow here 1-2 times per year, but except for one in 2013 that lasted for half a day, it was usually staying for no more than 1-2 hours. Surprisingly, the ISD didn't cancel the school this morning. (I suspect they were so shocked that they remained speechless. :-) )

I understand, it is nothing special for many PDMLers who live up north, but a very special event (of the life!) for some kids here.

(You can see a palm tree on the left covered in snow.)

Here is a gallery if someone is interested:

Cheers,

Igor
