Yes they bought out Wolf from Bankruptcy last August. Chuck Wolf is a relative of the Ritz's. They have recently acquired PhotoAlley and I believe they have either acquired or are about to acquire CameraWorld. I don't know if this signals Ritz's intention to get more involved with the serious amateur/pro market. They also may be branching out into consumer electronics.
