I was ordering ink for my R2880, as with my holiday printing, I just
installed the last cartridges.
B&H is out of stock for the sets (and even for one of the colors, which
is probably the culprit for the sets unavailable). So, I decided to order
from Adorama.
While looking at different options, I got a pop-up offering the price of
$94.xx, so, I clicked, yes, add it. But the price in the cart turned out
to be $114. I was unable to reproduce that pop-up to take a screenshot.
I called them on the phone, and while I was telling the story, the sales
person guessed that the cart price was $110. He said that his price is
$98, including free standard shipping.
This seems to be a reasonable deal, so I ordered it.
B&H sells one for about $93, but their ETA is in January, plus several
days for delivery.
The reason I decided to share this story is that you know that you might
be able to get a better price.
