What's so damned sacrosanct about AMERICAN politicians that they can't
be joked about and derided a bit without people going ballistic?
Not too long ago there was a joke about the Canadian prime minister's
SOCKS, for crying out loud. "Tradition" was apparently happily broken
then. With no pleas to stop.
