When they sold the photographic side to Ricoh, they kept medical imaging, and apparently the rights to the brand name. Ricoh picked up the photographic side for something like 125 million USD. I remember joking at the time that the PDML collectively could probably have raised the capital to make the purchase, probably Stenquist could have done it himself by putting a second mortgage on his castle.
