This is High Cup Nick, a glacial hanging valley (or cwm, in Welsh) in
Cumbria on the Pennine Way. You come upon it rather unexpectedly when
walking the Pennine Way from south to north. One moment you're walking
across rolling moors then all of a sudden this opens out below you.
Really quite amazing.
