I wonder why there are no dark room lights available using LEDs. Those give a very small spectrum of light. And with the meanwhile cheap available high efficiency types it could be very bright. A used LED brake 'lamp' from a car should give a fine dark room light. If the papers are not sensitive for yellow, a yellow one would give a good light even to rate the contrast of the prints in the darkroom. With red light this is IMHO not possible.
