They are known as “Ruby Throated Hummingbirds.” It was a dark and gloomy day, but I saw a hummer at the Oriole feeder earlier, so I set up outside anyway. My hummers are very shy so I can’t get close, but planted my tripod about 25 feet away with the 150-450 and 1.4X converter. These are very noisy but a good look at an elusive critter
