I need to use "ctrl -" to 30% (not BY 30%) and it still bleeds off my
monitor. But then there are a number of people who post here whose
images need to be reduced with that method to see the whole image... I
blame the technology that has decided everyone has a smart phone and
doesnt look at anything on line any other way.
