Cat's are pretty much hell on small animals. Not all cats, especially
as long as they are well fed, but in general I wouldn't trust a cat with
an animal less than half it's size. I wouldn't trust my dog with a
small animal either, and dogs are a lot better at accepting odd members
into the pack.
