Most of the verticals (the telegraph poles, the edges of the buildings, etc.)
are tilted over towards the left.  This is particularly noticeable at the
right-hand side, where there are two poles very close to the edge.

The building at the extreme left edge of the shot looks OK, so we're looking
at a combination of a tilt to the left and a perspective distortion from the
camera being aimed slightly upwards.  Correcting those should still show the
sign leaning, though not as much.
