I agree with Larry..
Nice geometry and handsome bird - it's hell to get detail out of a black
area and I don't think it matters a bit.. the composition and the brilliant
blue on him command our attention..

thank you for the nice words Larry. i was a little hesitant to post this
because the face was in the shadows and try as i might i couldn't pull
any details in the face.
