Sorry to read of your recent health issues, Ann! Coincidently, I'm dealing with back spasms issues in the area of my left shoulder blade. I was surprised by locking up in extreme searing pain one morning about two weeks ago. My Dr has been away (probably somewhere in the Pacific fishing) and am set with an appointment with him when he returns, April 23rd. Hope he got skunked! We have "Urgent Care" facilities, as I suppose are generally available most places. I saw a Dr there who prescribed some little round white pills that gave me a trip I hope to never take again. With I'm blaming this back muscle issue on the 150-450 lens which I mostly manipulate with my left arm, but have forgiven it with each image.
