I am quite serious, I would love to be able to spend part of my inheritance on optics from Pentax that were designed from the ground up to be used with 4x5 or larger. < wine sotted rambling> 4x5 gives about 16 square inches of usable image. 5x7 gives almost 30 square inches of usable image, in a more pleasing aspect ratio. The advantage of the 5x7 format is obvious. 5x7 cameras are only slightly larger than 4x5.
