Last night I noticed a fairly well developed Monarch larva on one of the potted Tropical Milkweed plants on our deck. Since a serious storm was on its way, I decided to move the pot under the overhang of our upper deck to give the little bugger a little protection. Before doing that, however, I got down on my belly and grabbed a couple of quick shots:
