The list seems very quiet of late; where is everyone? I took a long weekend trip to Virginia, to attend the memorial service for one of my college roommates, who was killed recently when a car ran over his bicycle from behind. I was also able to visit my nephew and his family and spend time with an old Marine buddy.
The weather over the past 3-4 days has been a welcome relief, cool and sunny, after weeks of hot steamy and violent weather.
