Thank you both!

Brommies are damn cool bicycles!!

No, it's not new. I've had the Brompton since about 2012 or so. I bought it for
a specific purpose, which didn't really work out. At that time, I bought it to
be able to shunt from one bit of office buildings to another at work when I had
meetings all over the place … driving to and fro, parking, etc, was consuming
too much of the day. So I used it for that a couple of times … but at that time
it was so painful to ride (because of my hip, et al), I just parked it in the
closet and didn't use it.

When my daily ride now was in the shop waiting for wheel bearings a few weeks
back, I took the Brompton out and rediscovered it. My strength and riding
skills have improved so much now that I did a 15 mile runaround to San Jose and
back with it, no problem at all, and enjoyed every minute on it.

Just FYI, I took this photo by setting up the iPhone 8 Plus on a table top
tripod, fitting the Moment 18mm accessory lens, and using the Moment Bluetooth
remote to trigger the shutter. It's at ISO 25 and is incredibly sharp … I think
a 13x13 inch print is a conservative estimate of how large a print I can make
of it, if I chose to. It's just the largest I can print on my Epson P600 in a
square print. :-)
