When we got him from the pound a bit over a year ago he was super skittish and shy, and my wife and I wondered if he'd ever smile. He was a stray in Modesto, CA, and was the last one of his litter to be adopted. Now he's the sweetest, and the happiest. Still shy with strangers, but he's always happy and playful.
