Classic film buffs will recognize the quote - though I spelled the
non-word wrong.. should have been "cherce" and indeed means "choice'
In the film Pat and Mike the Spencer Tracy character, Mike, comments on
Katherine Hepburn's body .
"Not much meat on her, but what's there is cherce"
