A friend told me of a curious film he'd run into, a brand he'd
never heard of before. He doesn't like Kodak consumer films
because the colours are Brighter Than Real, and he said this
one was even worse in that regard -- almost cartoony -- but he
did see how it could be useful for a special effect. Of course,
by this time I was mentally comparing it to Ultra and Velvia...

The brand is Perutz, and it turns out they're owned by Agfa.

As I recall, when Ultra was discontinued, there were rumours of
a Coming Soon 100 ASA replacement for it that I've never seen.
I'm wondering whether this is it.

He picked up a few rolls for me to try, but I won't get my hands
on them until two weeks from now. In the meantime, I'm curious:
have any of y'all played with this film? Any impressions and/or
info?
