Boris Liberman is in the SF Bay Area for a bit right now. Felipe and I had the pleasure of visiting with him this morning. I picked him up at his hotel, early, and brought him to our condo in Santa Clara Civic Center. The three of us took a walk through the neighborhood, crossing The Avenue of the King (El Camino Real) and wandering through the neighborhood of old city center Santa Clara to my favorite Sunday breakfast place, Sara's Kitchen, where I asked Felipe to make this photo.

We had a grand time, yakking about this, that, and the other thing, and of course making a few photographs along the way. It was a sincere pleasure to meet in person after all these years of chatting via the mailing list.
