I know someone who's been tested after being in contact with someone who subsequently tested positive. They have no symptoms but are self-isolating until the results come through. We currently have 11 known cases in NZ and the country is grinding to a halt with lots of events being cancelled. The government is taking it very seriously with all inbound travellers being required to self-isolate for 14 days under threat of deportation. Gatherings / events of > 500 people are no longer allowed. Haven't seen much in the way of panic buying here except for hand sanitiser and antibacterial soap. There was lots of TP in stock the other day.
