I also loved my MX and sold on a LX I had for a while because I much preferred the MX. It just fit better into my hands. Had to give it up for two reasons: I needed a viewfinder with diopter adjustment once I got my first no-line glasses and also the shutter curtains began to play tag, leading to uneven exposure across the frame and a repair would have been too expensive. I'm still dreaming of a digital MX. My *istDS came nearest to this ideal. Ralf -- Ralf R.
