Thanks, Alan. I have never tried windsurfing, but I enjoy watching it.
A couple of decades ago, I tried board surfing. It is quite tricky, especially for guys like me with poor balance. What surprised me most, however, is how much work it is. After the thrill of finally catching a wave, paddling back out is strenuous, especially as the width of the board pretty much limits the paddling to the lower arms. I stick to outrigger canoe paddling these days.
