A terminology problem is that “mild” is defined as not needing hospitalization. 
You can be incapacitated by fatigue, fever, and cough for a month, but your 
case is still “mild.”

An epidemiologic problem is that not nearly enough people have been tested and 
followed to understand the spectrum of symptoms.
