Yes I do feel quite lucky that we're even allowed outside the house. Our government's intention is to completely stamp out this disease so hopefully not too many people breach the rules. They are more concerned with people mingling than going out alone. The media has been trawling Strava trying to shame people going on longer runs and bike rides but the authorities don't seem too worried at this stage.
