Patrick, I particularly like the morning glory pic—very nice use of lighting, DOF, and color. I hate morning glory plants, though, because once they get into a garden they’re almost impossible to get rid of.
If you’re shooting RAW, and using Lightroom, I’ve played with the Saturation slider in HSL to tame red and yellow flowers.
